Jim Welling, Associate Broker

Jim Welling was born in Pennsylvania. Looking for a better life for his family, in 1988 Jim elected to move to Florida. While vacating in the mountains of North Carolina and reminiscing, he recognized how much he missed the small town atmosphere with a cooler climate and decided in 1998, Hayesville, North Carolina was the place for him.

Jim became a realtor in early 2001, serving Western North Carolina and the North Georgia Mountains. Jim is a member of the North Georgia Board of Realtors, where he was awarded the President’s Club Award, the Diamond’s Club Award and the Million Dollar Club Award.

Jim is married to Paige. They have three children and two grandchildren.

Jim is honest and straightforward in his approach to his work, business and family. He continually demonstrates a high degree of loyalty and trust worthiness to his work and to his associates and carries out his obligations with vigor and resolve.
